Intelsat connected with the world last night at our annual customer gala at ITW 2009. The event was attended by more than 400 guests from 190 companies, and represented 95% of the world’s nationalities!
Intelsat’s CEO, Dave McGlade, welcomed the audience with a brief speech, noting Intelsat’s 35-year heritage in hosting this event in the Washington, D.C. Whilst customers re-connected with friends and partners from around the world, the rhythmic sound of the steel pan music created a refreshing atmosphere for networking.
As the evening progressed, the entertainment from a local band brought the dance floor alive with non-stop dancing. The evening was a unique opportunity for customers and partners to make new connections and collaborate.
